The Momee Service is an informational and tracking tool only.
Not a Medical Professional: Momee and its content (including food plans, exercise suggestions, and tracking data) are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not a healthcare provider.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all medical decisions. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health questions or concerns you may have about your pregnancy or child.
Emergencies: If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Account and Eligibility

By posting it, you grant Momee a permanent, royalty-free, and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
Proper Use of the Service
You agree not to use the Service to:
Post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates the privacy of others.
Post or transmit any content that infringes on the ownership rights (copyright/trademark) of Momee or others.
Use the Service for any unauthorized purpose or in a manner that violates applicable public rules and regulations.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Subscriptions and Payments

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time within the app settings. All sections related to ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of responsibility will continue to apply after termination.
